TRUST, EXPERIENCE, PATIENCE, & MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE

The best way I know how to provide others with insight into the inner me is to share a letter written to our manager, from a client of mine. For the purpose of simplicity, I will break it up into sections, each of which discusses a particular topic that is important to both buyers & sellers:

Ron Greenwood, Manager
Coldwell Banker
Folsom, CA 95630

Re: 150 Rebecca Way, Folsom

Dear Mr. Greenwood:

It really is a pleasure to write a letter of appreciation when the gratitude is so well deserved. We recently closed on a house in Folsom, and I have no doubts that we would never be owning this dream house, well beyond our realistic expectations, if it weren’t for Patrick Warholic. He made the experience not only successful but also enjoyable, even with all of its stress and complexity.

ALWAYS COULD COUNT ON HIS BROAD EXPERIENCE and SOUND ADVICE

The first thing I appreciated was the way he engendered trust even in a process so unfamiliar, uncertain, and intimidating. When anxious, confused, or overwhelmed, we always knew we could count on his broad experience and sound advice. We had so many questions and doubts, but he always had answers and solutions. I expecially appreciated his patient explanations and prudent options without unduly influencing or pushing our decisions. He always gave us time and space to digest information and feel comfortable about where things were going. Patrick helped to engender that trust by never leading us on. There were never any unfounded hopes, exaggerated claims, or false promises.

QUIET, SINCERE GENTLENESS, CONFIDENCE & AMAZING AVAILABILITY

He always listened patiently and explained carefully, guiding us with a reassuring hand through the labyrinth of finding & buying a house. There’s a quiet, sincere gentleness about Patrick that made us comfortable. His unpretentious confidence from his knowledge and experience encouraged our confidence in him. His words & manner gently tempered our dreams and unrealistic expectations into solid hopes, and in the end, his expertise & hard work brought even our dreams to fruition. A lot of that trust had to do with his amazing availability – I can’t recall a time he didn’t make time for our many phone calls with questions or requests. He never failed to reduce our many mountains to surmountable molehills. We were repeatedly surprised by his cheerful willingness to give us the time we needed.

PATRICK WAS THE IDEAL REALTOR FOR US FOR MANY REASONS

Patrick was the ideal Realtor for us for many reasons – his trustworthiness and reliability, his expertise and experience, his availability, his commitment of time and effort, his willingness to hear and handle our questions and concerns, his honesty, his encouragement without exaggeration or pretense, his promptness and attention to details. And even beyond that, he was always a gentleman, a gentle man who never failed to act with ethical, professional concerns. Coldwell Banker should be very proud of Patrick. He’s a great asset to your company and he would be my reason to come back to Coldwell Banker for any future real estate needs.

Sincerely,
D.F. Spitka
